Does Food Colour influences TASTE and FLAVOUR perception in us? Yes to some extent. It impacts the persons psychological and sensory experience with Food, including texture and appearance.

Looking at colour of the food, we assume its flavour and taste.
The connection between consumers behavior and the brands creating product, appealing to them is has pros and cons, especially in food segment. When the consumer shows preference to bright coloured apple or a chilly powder pack in a super market shelf, brands/ manufacturers ( of food products) study and take that as an insight and create product. All that glitters and glamourous is not healthy or super special, it is only harmful to our health.
The consumers have responsibility to ask for #rightfood, to make that as trend. Natural foods will have mild color, mild flavor but will never surprise you with harmful side effects.
